Credit Card Processor Change
Due to continuing issues with prompt processing of customer orders via CCNow, we are transitioning away from CCNow and to PayPal.
There are a number of instances, in the past several weeks, of customers placing an order via CCNow, and these orders have never completed processing. Therefore, CCNow has never forwarded these "stuck" orders to us for fulfillment.
What we have asked customers in this situation to do is go to the confirmation e-mail they received from CCNow and click the link that appears in CCNow's message to cancel the order. Once this has been done, the order will be cancelled. If a temporary debit is remaining on your account, it will drop off of the account. If any funds have been actually debited from your account, a refund will be sent to you via CCNow.
Beginning today, and over the next several days, we will be deleting the CCNow logo on each merchandise page and replacing it with a PayPal "Add to Cart" button. We will begin with the 2019 "50 Years of Funk" merchandise and progress from there.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, but we look forward to a better process using PayPal.
